Kruszynska is a strong supporter of the Breast Cancer Care charity. Kruszynska were delighted to take part in the Breast Cancer Care Fashion Show in October 2005 and designed a gown for the host of the evening, Natasha Kaplinsky, which was auctioned raising £8,000 for the charity.
